The rampant commercialim is irritating
(I mean, the exit of the outbound elevator is in the basement, right in the middle of the shop!),
the (probably overworked) staff is not always up to task,
but boy, is the view breathtaking! Pity "those"
who decided to wait downstairs...
Speaking of stairs, too bad they don't allow even marathon runners to climb them :-((
